Booking policies

*You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability. 

LC GuestHouse has implemented an online and self-completed check-in process to provide guests with a stress-free and contactless experience. As part of this process, LC GuestHouse collects basic information from guests, verifies their email and phone number, and obtains a credit card for incidentals. Additionally, if necessary, they may ask for a government-issued photo ID and images of the guest's face. This helps ensure the safety and security of all guests and their belongings during their stay.

In connection with your stay, you should receive an email from us containing check-out instructions. Please follow those instructions and call or text us at the phone number provided with any questions.


Cancelation Policy

Cancellations are subject to LC GuestHouse rules.

For reservation lengths of 1 to 29 days, you may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your reservation and receive a full refund.

For reservation lengths of 30 days or longer the following rules apply:

  • Within 24 hours of booking and before checking in → We issue a full refund.

  • More than 30 days before check-in → We issue a refund minus a $400 cancellation fee.

  • 30 or fewer days before check-in → You are responsible for the first 30 nights and a $400 cancellation fee. We refund all nights
    after night 30. (This includes guests who didn’t verify their ID before checking in.)

  • During the stay, with over 30 nights remaining → You are responsible for 30 nights after they vacate and a $400 cancellation fee.
    We refund all nights after night 30.

  • During the stay, with 30 or fewer nights remaining → You are responsible for the remaining nights in your lease.

Exceptions can be made to the above rules. If an exception is agreed upon LC GuestHouse will provide this in writing.

NOTE: Except in extenuating circumstances, LC GuestHouse is not entitled to cancel a booking once a Confirmation of Booking has been sent. In these circumstances, LC GuestHouse will contact you to try to arrange for alternative accommodations. In the event that LC GuestHouse is unable to assist in finding alternative accommodations, LC GuestHouse will provide a full refund of any payments made by you.


COVID Policy

Reservations made on or after May 31, 2022

For stays made on or after May 31, 2022, the written cancellation policy will apply. COVID-19 related circumstances will not be covered under our extenuating circumstances policy.

Our extenuating circumstances policy is intended to protect guests from unforeseen circumstances that arise after booking. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review cancellation policy when booking and consider choosing an option that provides the level of flexibility you need.


Basic House Rules

Quiet Hours

* Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding guests and residents.

Parties are Not Allowed - Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from LC GuestHouse triggered by a noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

We are a Smoke Free Community - No Smoking of any kind - (not even on balconies/patios/courtyards) includes no vaping devices and candles.
If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

No Pets Allowed - We likely would love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite if not required by local regulations.

Professional Photo and Video Shoots are not allowed

Packages and Mail Delivery - We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

Guests and Events - The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation. If you are anticipating more people please update your reservation and confirm by messaging our  team prior to their arrival. Building events and celebrations are for permanent residents of this property only and not open to attending.

Third Party Bookings - The name on the reservation must be the guest present for the duration of the stay. Some booking platforms may have additional restrictions, please refer to your reservation.

Cleaning - Enjoy your stay, but be mindful of the cleanup. We employ a professional cleaning staff to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. However, if it takes our staff longer than 2 hours to clean after your visit a $125 fee will be assessed.

Supplies - We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries

Amenities - Only those amenities that are described in your booking confirmation email are available to you. Please follow any instructions that have been provided to you or may be posted on the property. Your use of any amenities is at your sole risk. Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using any amenities and other common areas.

Parking - Parking options and instructions may be provided in our booking confirmation email to you. If you or your guests choose to make use of any recommended parking options, then you (and your guests, if applicable) must comply with all provided instructions, all publicly posted parking signs and policies, and any other applicable parking laws. LC GuestHouse is not responsible for your or your guests’ non-compliance with such instructions, signs, policies, or laws.

Safety and Security - You are responsible for your and your guests’ safety and security. Please read, listen to, and comply with any fire, health, or safety rules and regulations which are provided to you, let us know of any condition in, on, or around LC GuestHouse that you believe may be a fire, health, or safety risk to you or your guests, report to us any inappropriate conduct or behavior you or your guests observe in or near GuestHouse (e.g., potential loiterers or squatters), and lock all windows and doors before you leave the Suite. If you are experiencing a medical or other emergency, or believe you are a victim of or witness to a crime, please contact the nearest hospital and/or local police.

Reporting Damage - You must notify us in writing of any damage to LC GuestHouse or any of its contents which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear, or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us of any such damage, you will be responsible for such damage in accordance with LC GuestHouse Terms.
